GRACENOTES offers paid membership access to content on our site, which may include privileged access to use our software and view/engage with private community content. Additionally, GRACENOTES sells physical products in partnership with partners and vendors.

Any product sold by or on behalf of GRACENOTES will have CLEARLY on any sales material the refund policy along with a link to this page prior to purchasing. All order forms and checkout forms will also clearly indicate our refund policies and link to this page here for further reference.

Below are listed the current offerings from GRACENOTES along with their respective refund period:

  • GRACENOTES PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP – For either a monthly OR annual fee, users are granted privileged access and permissions to use our content-creation software, collaborate with our creative team, and engage in the GRACENTOES community. Given that this product is DIGITAL and provides access to a) our software and b) privileged information that other premium users share, customers are guaranteed a 14-day refund period for this service.

  • GRACENOTES PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – These include any/all physical products such as apparel, mugs, buttons, pins, etc– essentially anything that requires shipping to a customer. Customers are allotted a 30-day refund for all physical products, as follows:
    • Kitchenware and drinkware: as long as the product is returned to us UNUSED and UNDAMAGED, we will gladly issue refunds within 30 days of purchase. If, however, the product has visible signs of use we can not accept it back per healthy/sanitary reasons.
    • Apparel (such as hats, shirts, etc): we will gladly issue refunds or trades for similar or equal-value items as long as it is within 30 days of purchase if the product returned to us UNDAMAGED (i.e., no food stains, holes, etc).
